Shipping and delivery

1. To what countries do we ship?

We ship to the following countries:

2. When will my order arrive? How do I track the orders?
The best way to track the delivery of your order is to click on the tracking link in your order despatch confirmation email. Or you can log into My Account and select the order you would like to track. Click the ‘My order’ button to track the status of your order.

3. What can I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
Please check the estimated delivery date on the despatch confirmation email. Please note that the date is an estimate, so your order may arrive slightly before, on, or slightly after your estimated delivery date. Contact the respective delivery company first.The actual delivery date depends on the delivery company.

4. How do I get free delivery on BeautiNow?
Standard delivery is free for orders that meet a minimum order total of 80 euro for free standard delivery.

5. Can I place an order to a different address?
Yes, you can have more than one delivery address, you can find it at the checkout stage. Your order will automatically default to any saved addresses but you can choose to add a different one by unclicking 'My billing and shipping address are the same' and fill in the form in more details.

6. How much is shipping?
Once you’ve clicked through to Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page. Any order above 80 euro within the EU has free standard shipping. Shipment to japan has a minimum order amount of 180 euro and shipment to the USA, New Zealand and Canada has a minimum amount of 200 euro.

7. Where does my order ship from?
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Unless specifically mentioned otherwise.

1. Are your products authentic?
Yes. Beautinow only sell 100% genuine and authentic products. We only deals with trusted vendors and suppliers who purchase from the direct manufacturer or distributor. We have very strict policies against counterfeit products.

2. Why are your prices lower compared to other retailers?
Beautinow’s mother company is a wholesaler which specializes in beauty products, with years of experience in the European market, we have developed an extensive beauty product network. Therefore, we are able to offer competitive prices on thousands of popular branded fragrances and beauty products. We negotiate for the best deals so that we can pass along the huge savings to our customers.

3. Why are you selling samples and some say "Not for Sale" in different packaging?
Beautinow sell a large selection of fragrance sample vials and miniature collectibles. Department stores may offer these samples as gifts with purchase. But Beautinow purchase these products in bulk from our suppliers due to high demands and we could offer a much lower cost to you. These sample, miniature sizes and decants are 100% genuine, the packaging may differ from the original regular size perfumes. However, the quality of the perfume testers we are selling is 100% genuine. With its lower cost, it is a great way to test a fragrance before you invest. 


About return and refund 

1. How do I return an order?

Go to My Account on the left top corner.



Then go to my returns. Here you can choose  the order that you want to return.


Create a new return by clicking the top right top corner of the page on Create New Return.


Select the order that you want to return and click next in the right top corner.


Then please select the reason of your return while selecting the product that you would like to return.


Then choose if you want a refund or to exchange it. Make sure you upload a picture of the product you are sending back. After you filled in the information we will confirm your return and when it arrives we will enact the solution be it shipping you a new product or managing your refund. Then submit the request. 

For any questions feel free to contact us through our website. You will recieve a confirmation email.

 

2. How long does it take for me to get my money back.

Money will be returned after 14 days since applying for return. This can be extended if Beautinow has not yet received the product or evidence. After the product has been returned the process of the money transfer will start. Refunds can take up to 1 week to show on your account; this is due to the time taken by some banks to process the payment.

2. I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
Don't worry, if you visit our log-in page and select 'Forgot your password?' then you can enter the email address registered and we'll send you instructions on how to get this reset.

About vouchers and discounts.

1. Is it possible to use multiple vouchers at the same time?

No it is not possible to use multiple vouchers at the same time.


2. Does my total discount also apply to my shipping cost?

No your discount doesn’t apply to your shipping cost.
